Hi there it was so beautiful meeting the both of you at the Holy Eucharist last Sunday in Melbourne. I look forward to seeing you both again sometime in the future. It is my dream to be ordained as a priest in the liberal Catholic church and my commitment to our church in Perth will continue within the Franciscan banner which I stand under. I’m very happy to come and share my knowledge with you in regard to the work that I do as a multi Faith Franciscan. Blessings on your community and on you as well. Love brother Francis Mary St John the divine Perth

  • Thank you for your comments and observations on the altar arrangements and layout for our Mass. However, the altar is orientated in the way shown in the photograph, plus positioned appropriately in the body of the Church, to allow all those who wish to observe the actions on the altar during the Mass to do so easily.
Please feel free to visit us on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month and see this particular Mass in action. And as close as you care to participate!

  • the photograph of your alter has me intrigued. under the banner of “liberal Catholic “there appears to be an alter arranged in a fairly traditional . The six candle sticks ,at the back of the alter would prevent the celebration of mass facing the congregation .
I like the alter arrangement. chalice veil, and burse give the alter a sense of dignity missing, often .
That cashable –I love it . the simple cross across the shoulders is all the decoration needed ,and traditionally is all that is required
